Manmohan Singh was the economic adviser of Chandrashekhar govt at center
which fell on 6 March 1991. Not to mention that MMS became unemployed
then. MMS came and cried before Chandrashekhar who was discussing some
issues with his colleagues. When everyone was busy thinking about
country and govt he was worried for something else. MMS asked Mr.
Chandrashekhar "now what will happen to me, what will I do?" Everyone
sitting there was socked and asked what happened to you? Dr. MMS said:
post of chairperson of UGC is vacant, please give me that post. Then
Chandrashekhar took a single decision after his resignation from PM
India and made MMS chairperson of UGC. It will not be wrong if you call
MMS a careerist. This is his all time record. This is ur MMS so called
PM.
